Why do leather shoes change color after shoe polish?

There are two reasons for this phenomenon. One is the quality problem of shoe polish. If the solvent of shoe polish can damage the leather coating of the upper, it can cause discoloration and flowering of the upper.

Second, there is a kind of leather commonly known as "oil skin" which is the cow leather. One is a high-grade product, the coating is extremely thin, the adsorption, permeability is strong, and the hygienic performance is good. If the quality of the shoe polish is problematic, or when the oil is simmered, it is directly squeezed onto the upper, and the oil spot will form spots, and Dropping ink or hair dye, gasoline will cause pollution. Therefore, you should be careful when wearing it.
