Is washing hands frequently useful for coronavirus?
Washing hands frequently is one of the clear measures to prevent coronavirus infection. Washing hands with soap and water, or disinfectants containing alcohol, can effectively remove dirt and microorganisms on the skin surface, and running off the soap foam can also minimize skin irritation. Based on this, the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention, WHO and the US CDC and other authoritative organizations recommend soap and water (running water) to wash hands.
